It was pandemonium in the streets of Jerusalem, and the news spread like wild fire!
The tomb was empty!

That’s right! The place where they laid the body of Jesus, after crucifying him on the cross, was empty! Jesus was gone!

Some believe his body was stolen, and hidden.  But that’s not the case. The truth is, his body was resurrected from death, and he walked the streets of Jerusalem once more! Jesus triumphed over death!

But what does that mean for you and for me? The Word of God tells us in Romans 8:10-11 that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead, dwells within us, who believe! This power, gives us to the ability to triumph, just as Jesus did.

  • To triumph over sin.
  • To triumph over addiction.
  • To heal from our woundedness,
  • To restore broken relationships.
  • To gain freedom from depressioCross against the skyn and anxiety.
  • And find strength to forgive.

This is the true meaning of Easter. Jesus died that we might live.

If you do not know Jesus, I pray that you will find Him. And if you do know Him, I pray that you will tap into this resurrection power and live a life of triumph.

But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love for us, even when we were dead in sins, made us alive together with Christ and raised us up and seated us together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.  Ephesians 2:4-6 MEV
